Before accessing the W-2 website, please call our corporate office at (817) 865-6500 to verify your social security number and to also obtain your password to access your W-2 file. Thank you.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING OUR OFFICE:

W2's will be mailed out on or before January 31st and should be getting to you within a week. Please DO NOT call for a password until Wednesday, February 6th to allow time for your W2 to reach you. If you call, your request may not be able to be fulfilled immediately and you will need to leave a voicemail with your first and last name, the last 4 digits of your SSN, the store you worked at and a call back number, with the appropriate accountant. It is the goal of our accountants to respond to your requests at the end of every work day.

Please do not call repeatedly or leave numerous voicemails, for this will only prolong the process for you to retrieve your password.

We will handle each request in the order it comes in and as quickly as we can.
